Your tasks
- Operate the process facilities and utilities from CCR and outside according to the standard procedures and regulations.
- Monitor all production train flow rates, pressures, temperatures, and levels and ensure first level of troubleshooting.
- Execute under supervision, the facilities shutdown and start-up activities as per approved procedures.
- Execute equipment/unit/plant process isolation for major maintenance.
- Carry out, Report and Record well test parameters and adjust flow rates as required.
- Participate in well intervention activities (slickline, wireline, coil tubing, etc.)
- Operate the gas Sweetening facilities (Amine unit), gas Dehydration facilities (TEG unit), Hydrocarbon Dewpointing facilities (Propane chilling unit), condensate stabilization unit and all utilities (Turbines, Compressors, Generators, Open and Closed drains, Flares, etc.
- Operate all pig traps installations (launcher & receiver) as and when required while maintaining all safety and operation precautions under control including the interlock system.
- Record and adjust the chemical injection rates in the process facilities.
- Take samples from the appropriate site/location according to Company procedures.
- Inspect and monitor assigned work area and plant equipment for abnormal conditions.
- Assist maintenance staff to access process equipment by performing proper isolation and ensure the PTW is in place and updated prior start any work.
Your Profile
Education & Experience: Min 2-3 years’ experience after Apprenticeship,
Preferred Subject of Education: Oil&Gas processing, Industrial Chemical Engineering
Relevant Professional & Other Skills:
- Good Knowledge of plant critical equipment such as Separators, Dehydration methods, i.e. TEG, Compressors, Gas Turbines, Motors, Pumps, f&G, ESD, SDVs, ESDVs and BDVs
- Good knowledge of Operations and HSSE
- Self-Motivated and committed to continuous personal, professional, and academic development.
- Good communication, interpersonal skills & the ability to demonstrate listening and counselling skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Conversant with PC tools such as MS Office, MS Project, CMMS, etc.
