Our business

 

Your Tasks

 

You will work alongside the People & Culture NZ Manager and the P&C Team to provide HR delivery services to the business, including managing SAP HR / MySF data and coordinating all aspects of the employee life cycle. Furthermore, you will inform employees on HR matters relating to their employment and employment legislation, compensation, benefits and policies.

 

In addition, you will:

  • Provide high-quality support to the P&C team in relation to all aspects of the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding, including report generation.
  • Prepare employment agreements, letters of offer and other employment paperwork as required, ensuring that it complies with best HR practice and relevant employment legislation.
  • Be the subject matter expert for My Success Factors, including Employee Central and SAP HR. You will manage, maintain and transact real time HR Master Data in these systems.
  • Assist and support with the preparation of the monthly payroll processing.
  • Provide operational support to inbound and outbound expats, including all immigration activities (e.g. work permits) and manage arrival and departure processes.

 

This is a permanent part time role.

Your Profile

 

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar.
  • Keen eye for detail, ensuring our employee data is carefully maintained.
  • Minimum 3 years professional work experience in a related field / environment.
  • Experience in the administration of the employee life cycle from Onboarding to Offboarding.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and experience in using Human Resources Information Management Systems (SAP, My Success Factors).
  • Excellent NZ Employment legislation knowledge.
  • A proven ability to manage multiple priorities consecutively.
  • A positive and dynamic person who likes to work in a corporate environment.
  • Knowledge in Payroll administration desired.
  • You want to work part-time.
