Your tasks

• Develop and implement local strategies for shop, gastro, car care and services, create annual plans tailored to local market needs that support fuel sales and align with OMV’s goals.
• Manage profitability and cost control across local NOB (non-oil-business) categories, take ownership of margins and influence costs through pricing, sourcing, and assortment decisions.
• Apply local market insights to improve NOB performance, analyze customer behavior and competitors to guide product selection, pricing, and promotions.
• Lead execution of the local shop strategy, oversee assortment, supplier deals, merchandising, and campaigns to deliver a strong retail offer.
• Optimize logistics and supply chain for local NOB operations, coordinate with partners to improve delivery reliability, reduce costs, and support retail efficiency.
• Run the local gastro strategy with a focus on localization, balance international standards with local tastes, manage suppliers, and ensure hygiene compliance.
• Manage the local car care offering, align services with technical limits and customer needs, while ensuring supplier quality and promotions.
• Deliver local service offerings that enhance customer experience, introduce and manage services that complement NOB and improve overall site performance.
• Monitor material usage and minimize losses, track consumption, reduce waste, and ensure accountability for damages across NOB operations.
• Lead and develop the local convenience retail team, motivate staff, conduct reviews, and build a collaborative culture that reflects OMV’s values.

Your profile

• Master University degree in Business, Economics.
• 9 years relevant professional experience,  preferably in retail or consumer goods.
• Exceptional organisational and negotiation skills.
• Budgeting, resource allocation and performance monitoring.
• Good process and project management skills.
• Strategic thinking and decision making.
• Fluency in Czech and English - both written and spoken.
