Your tasks

• Responsible for planning and coordination of online and offline loyalty program activities in the Czech Republic, ensuring alignment with both international and local marketing objectives.
• Coordinate communication plans for loyalty members, including regular newsletters, targeted CRM campaigns, and direct mailings to maximize engagement.
• Ensure all loyalty initiatives are integrated with broader marketing strategies, collaborating closely with international and country marketing teams.
• Take responsibility for budget planning, financial oversight, and resource allocation for all loyalty-related activities.
• Oversee daily operations of loyalty programs, optimizing processes and supporting cross-functional collaboration to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of loyalty campaigns and club member activities, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Support the ongoing development and maintenance of the loyalty management system and My Station application, working with internal and external partners to enhance program functionality.
• Manage the full range of loyalty rewards, promotions, and exclusive offers, ensuring attractive benefits for customers and supporting program growth.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, external agencies, and service providers to ensure effective execution.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in loyalty programs, monitor competion and customer retention, applying new insights to drive innovation and improve program results.

Your profile

• Master University degree in Business or Economics.
• 5 years relevant professional experience.
• Proven loyalty management expertise.
• Excellent analytical skills; Detail Oriented & Organized.
• Ability to cooperate in matrix corporate environment.
• Fluency in Czech and English - both written and spoken.
