Your tasks

  • Prepare financial analyses, management reports, forecasts, and support budgeting and financial planning processes (MTP).
  • Deliver accurate, timely, and reliable controlling activities and continuously improve reporting quality and efficiency.
  • Support monthly and annual financial closing activities and ensure data accuracy.
  • Contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of the budget process (MTP).
  • Monitor financial data quality, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with controlling standards, internal controls, and financial reporting guidelines.
  • Drive reporting automation and support the optimization of controlling systems and BI tools.
  • Provide ad hoc analyses, business case evaluations, and financial support for special projects and investment decisions.
  • Partner with Retail and B2B Sales teams to ensure high-quality, timely weekly and monthly performance reporting.
  • Coordinate filling station business planning and monitor partner profitability in close cooperation with Sales.

Your profile

  • University degree (MA) in economics, finance, business administration.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven experience in controlling, financial analysis and performance management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a structured working approach.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when handling and validating financial data.
  • Resilient under pressure, with strong prioritization and stakeholder management skills.
  • Independent, proactive, and confident in collaborating with business leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Solid financial expertise and the ability to understand complex business challenges.
  • Results-oriented with a strong execution and delivery mindset.
  • Advanced knowledge of reporting tools and systems (SAP, SAP BW, TM1, Power BI) and MS Office.
  • Fluent in Czech (C2) and English (B2/C1).
