Your tasks

 

  • Work on the Process development of the ReOil technology as well as Pretreatment technology technologies considering the entire flow from feedstock to refinery integration. 
  • Planning, organization, performance and documentation of test runs at external and internal sites especially the ReOil plants, including proposals of process improvements based on process feedback and simulation.
  • Evaluation and characterization of feedstock streams and support the development, evaluation and implementation of QC/QA concepts.
  • Test and identify optimal technical equipment for feedstock pretreatment, including benchmarking different technologies available on the market.
  • Support the chemical recycling process development team by working on depolymerization projects with a focus on feedstock for chemical recycling covering aspects like intake, storage systems, specifications, ISCC+ compliance, material balance and pyrolysis behavior.
  • Operate the plant during individual test runs, monitor the process and understand the entire flow from feedstock to refinery integration for chemical recycling development.
  • Training as a plant operator and a few sequences per year in shift operation. 

Your profile

 

  • University Masters Degree/Diploma in the field of Chemical Engineering, Technical Chemistry, Environmental Process Technology and Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of Feedstock.
  • Excellent knowledge in process engineering/technology.
  • Interconnected thinking and good understanding of technical and commercial aspects of process chains.
  • Knowledge on data management and design of experiment tools.
  • Fluent in English and German.
