Your tasks
-
Act as the national electrical engineering expert for strategic and routine maintenance as well as capital investment projects, ensuring compliance with harmonized processes and standards.

Prepare tender books, technical specifications, and documentation for maintenance, turnarounds, and investment projects.

Define and implement mid- and long‑term availability, design, and technology strategies for electrical engineering across responsible sites.

Provide expert input to strategic departmental planning, including conceptual design and long‑term framework contracts for materials and services.

Develop, optimize, and ensure adherence to operational processes, workflows, and engineering guidelines within the area of responsibility.

Ensure compliance with approved OPEX and CAPEX budgets and support budget planning for electrical engineering activities.

Manage and assess project deviation requests, execute decisions on non‑standard project tasks, and provide expertise on national projects.

Conduct active stakeholder management with internal project departments and external authorities, including preparation for technical negotiations.

Track and report KPIs, support international benchmarking, and contribute to continuous improvement of departmental strategy.

Manage and develop contractor and contract management frameworks, including service catalogs, contractor selection, and performance management.
Your profile

Master’s degree or Diploma in Electrical or Automation Engineering.

Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience in electrical engineering, process automation, instrumentation, or related project environments.

Strong knowledge of American and European design standards (E&A norms and standards).
- Extensive experience in electrical planning, project management, and project execution.

Solid know‑how in plant design, engineering workflows, contractor management, and technical project management.

Fluency in English (written and spoken); German and Romanian are considered advantages.

The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective agreement amounts to EUR 96.614,-- all-in. Depending on skills and specific experience, over-payment is possible.
