Your tasks

 

  • You design and plan the strategic and functional orientation of the ReOil static equipment area, including goals, processes and projects.
  • In this role, you also support in financial and workforce planning and are responsible for ensuring adherence to the budget.
  • You support the development and implementation of OMV's ReOil business (roll-out) at internal and external locations and steer the technical development of the ReOil process in the area of static equipment.
  • Ensuring integrity and availability of static equipment as well as developing specifiactions and ensuring know-how exchange with internal/external experts is also part of your position.
  • The adherence to and development of uniform processes in all OMV operated ReOil assets respecting HSSE rules as well as creating guidance on asset management processes falls under your responsibility.
  • You create strategies for the use of contractors and service companies and also conduct partner company audits.
  • You create and analyze KPIs and also contribute to the implementation of international and internal benchmarks regarding processes and procedures.
  • Analyzing the market for relevant developments and locating optimization areas in the ReOil business is also an important part of this role.
  • Through collaboration and empathy, you create a supportive and positive atmosphere in your environment to ensure the achievement of your department's goals.

Your profile

 

  • You have a master’s degree in mechanical or process engineering or hold a (technical) high school diploma / (HTL) Matura with corresponding practical experience.
  • You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in the field of refinery and petrochemical processes and hold special knowledge in the areas of pressure vessels, materials and corrosion and process piping.
  • You have a proven track record of delivering results and are creative when it comes to finding solutions.
  • You are willing to travel internationally.
  • You have a well-developed network and relationships in related areas (e.g. research institutes, engineering companies, suppliers and manufacturer of static equipment).
  • You are fluent in German and English.
