OMV operates around 1,700 filling stations in eight European countries. Your tasks

 

  • In this interactive position you are responsible for development of Turnaround scope, schedule, budget, infrastructure, organization chart and execution plan.
  • You supervise day-to-day work during execution phases, provide necessary guidance on all decision-making activities.
  • Ensure projects are adequately integrated into Turnaround planning, execution and budgeting processes.
  • Develop, measure and communicate Turnaround status to site management and steering committee by KPI in the areas of safety, quality, environment, health, cost, schedule and scope.
  • Perform Turnaround activities such as risk assessment, scope challenges, reviews, lessons learned, etc.
  • You provide input into contracting strategy.
  • Organize & Train people on related IT (SAP) processes.
  • Ensure further development of Enterprise Asset Management process strategy in SAP, process landscape and process architecture.
  • Finally you evaluate new technologies to improve process execution (Mobiles, Apps, Smart Glasses, 3D, VR, AR).

Your profile

 

  • You hold an university degree (master/diploma) in mechanical or industrial engineering. 
  • With a minimum of 7 years relevant experience in chemical industry or refinery business you are considered as expert in your field of work.
  • Ideally you have good knowledge of refinery processes. 
  • You show ability to effectively communicate with executive management, internal/external clients, including contractors, vendors, utility companies and governmental agencies.
  • Advanced SAP knowledge as well as a certain willingness to travel and stay abroad for defined period of time is natural for you.
  • Finally you are fluent in German and English.
