Your tasks

 

  • Support Project and Engineering Managers by the application of best practices in project management and project services as part of the Engineering Function.
  • Assist the Engineering Manager to align engineering activities across stakeholders and to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support project teams to monitor and track project activities.
  • Assist project teams to monitor and track project activities and support timely updates on engineering progress.
  • Support the Engineering Manager in the preparation of regular reports about engineering status.
  • Support engineering logistics, day-to-day operations, and ensure compliance with project management standards.
  • Assist with the change management process by supporting the update of project documents such as communication plans, risk registers, and test plans after approval.
  • Support the planning of project processes using Agile Management approaches.
  • Support the quality management processes, specific for engineering, while ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

 

Your profile

 

  • Master's degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
  • Solid understanding of key functional areas of engineering and/or project management.
  • First practical experience within the respective area is beneficiary.
  • Willingness to expand expertise in requested technical area.
