Your tasks

 

  • Supports projects and routine maintenance with knowledge for Rotating Equipment and provide solutions to problems. 
  • Provide and challenge cost estimations for routine maintenance and small projects.  
  • Support framework contract with local experts and participate at expert network and focus on value generation out of this context Examine compliance with harmonized process decriptions, workflows, and work instructions and assists preparation of tender books and technical specifications for routine maintenance, turnarounds and capital investment projects.
  • Conceptual design of the strategic and technological orientation for Rotating Equipment and propose content-related suggestions and expert knowledge into the strategic planning and development of the department.
  • Assists common operational philosophy and harmonized processes, support development of necessary processes and workflows and support placement of guidelines for processes.
  • Support implementation of mid- and long-term availability and design strategy for Rotating Equipment and support an efficient and effictive organization.
  • Build up stakeholder relationships and cooperate locally with diverse teams. 
  • Support an active management of project deviation requests incl. capital investment projects.
  • Tracking KPIs for the area of responsibility and support local benchmarking to further development. 

 

Your profile

 

  • University degree (master/diploma) in technical studies, mechanical engineering.
  • Knowledge of relevant Standards for Rotating Equipment.
  • Fluent in English and German.

The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective agreement amounts to EUR 67.139,84 including 5 hours overtime lump sum (finished technical Master´s degree) or 64.944,80 including 5 hours over time lump sum (finished non-technical Master).
