Your Profile
- University degree: Master Diploma in Process / Chemical Engineering
- Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience + International exposure AND 3+ years of leadership experience
- Relevant Professional Skills;
- Strong experience in process engineering in all project phases, and with demonstrable emphasis on Select, Define and Execute phases for greenfield and brownfield onshore oil and gas projects.
- Experience in process modelling.
- Experience with local and international resources and contractors.
- Experience in working with Subsurface Development/ Drilling and Operations departments to common and successful project execution outcomes.
- A high personal commitment to HSE performance, specifically on technical (process) safety and design integrity.
- Other Skills
- Demonstrated experience of working effectively and successfully in an international, multi-cultural environment.
- Full command of English language (Written & Spoken), Local Language is a plus
- Strong personality, self-motivated and pro-active to work independently
- Flexibility to travel to site as and when required.
Your Tasks
- Lead conceptual engineering studies for OMV Assets, coordinate with Subsurface group and Operations for the definition of facilities options
- Identify Debottlenecking initiatives throughout the operating assets and ensure proper implementation of action plan from engineering to execution.
- Undertake checks and calculations and generate technical notes for process plant debottlenecking and optimization
- Manage process engineering studies and deliver robust and safe solutions, according to established plan and consistent with OMV Upstream standards
- Accountable to develop and/or check all process engineering deliverables required per TAF to ensure the projects will get the required approvals and meet the overall projects objectives.
- Contribute to HSSE performance throughout Concept development, Selection, FEED and detail design
- Accountable for the process engineering input to SoW for Concept, FEED and detail engineering for OMV Assets related projects
- Contribute to bids preparation and evaluation
- Participate in assurance activities, including design reviews and workshops (eg Framing, SWOT, Risk assessment)
- Adhere to engineering best practices, optimizing Total Cost of Ownership and ensuring ‘fit for purpose’ solutions
- Promote OMV Golden Rules and lifesaving rules and demonstrate personal commitment to safety culture and active leadership, support and comply with OMV HSSE policies and program
