Your tasks

 

  • Identify, shape, and deliver high-impact Generative AI and agentic use cases in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders, ensuring measurable business value.
  • Translate business requirements into GenAI solution concepts, prompt and agent designs, and product backlogs aligned with Data & AI strategy and technology roadmaps.
  • Facilitate cross-functional GenAI ideation, enablement, and design workshops while supporting change management and user adoption.
  • Guide, coach, and advise business users, leadership teams, data product owners, and IT colleagues on effective use of GenAI tools, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration.
  • Manage and prioritize the portfolio of GenAI and agentic initiatives based on value, risk, scalability, feasibility, and strategic alignment and ensure integration with our enterprise architecture.
  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous development of AI enablement initiatives supporting our business strategy.
  • Drive the integration of GenAI & agentic capabilities into enterprise data, AI, and technology platforms, ensuring reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence.
  • Promote responsible AI practices and ensure compliance with legal, GDPR, data protection, safety, and governance requirements.
  • Collaborate with architecture, data, platform, product, and Information security teams to ensure adherence to governance, quality, access control, and architecture standards.
  • Manage external partners, vendors, and academic collaborators while contributing to AI capability building, innovation, and AI-driven decision-making across the organization.

Your profile

 

  • Master's Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, IT, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant professional experience in data, analytics, machine learning, AI, digital transformation, or related areas, including hands-on experience with Generative AI and enterprise AI solutions.
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and operating GenAI solutions such as LLM-based chatbots, copilots, and agentic workflows in production environments, ideally on cloud-based AI platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of AI and technology platforms, hyperscalers, and enterprise solutions, including SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, UiPath, Microsoft Copilot services, Azure, and the integration of AI into data platforms and products.
  • Solid understanding of data governance, data architecture, AI/ML lifecycle management, responsible AI principles, AI safety, GDPR, and agile delivery methodologies with experience prioritizing AI use cases and demonstrating business value.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, consulting, and coaching skills, with the ability to translate business needs into AI solutions, lead cross-functional collaboration, drive change, and communicate complex AI topics to non-technical audiences; fluent English required, German and/or Romanian beneficial.

The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective agreement amounts to EUR 114.828,-- all-in. Depending on skills and specific experience, over-payment is possible.
