Your tasks

• Lead sustainable transformation and innovation by identifying anchor customers per product segment to enable access to brand owner to form strategic partnerships to ramp up sustainable sales.
• Accelerate and drive customers sustainable demand by bringing up their knowledge.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate product specific sales strategies with focus on long-term stability of the value creation to mitigate negative effects of potential future crisis.
• Identify and develop growth potential for Ethylene and Propylene.
• Develop positions, negotiate, and close long-term contracts to realize an optimum contribution across all refineries.
• Lead the development of standardized pricing models and sales contracts for Ethylene and Propylene.
• Initiate projects to adapt the refinery configuration to ensure production of products, which comply with market requirements.
• Steer the supply of the petrochemical plants of OMV-Group for Ethylene and Propylene in coordination with planning/optimization by negotiating and closing respective contracts.
• Develop and continuously optimize an aligned purchase process (supply agreement, logistic and production) to ensure most economic value for OMV.
• Monitor continuously market developments with respect to volumes, prices, structures, competitors, and potentials for the respective supply products to develop a reliable and cost-efficient supply strategy and position.

Your profile

• You have a Technical Master Degree.
• You have minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience.
• Deep understand of customer & commercial excellence. 
• Very strong analytical and financial skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with drive to maximize financial opportunities.
• Understanding of and/or experience with refining chemical and finished products supply logistics streams.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking & structured approach.
