Your tasks
- Support the monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor financial performance by preparing and analyzing financial reports.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process to ensure consistent, high quality planning data.
- Safeguard the accuracy of financial statements by establishing internal control systems and adopting appropriate financial reporting policies.
- Periodically review financial data to ensure its fairness and completeness.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g. Investor Relations, Corporate Controlling, Group Reporting, Treasury, Risk Management) to provide financial insights.
- Assist in special projects as needed.
- Participate in the optimization and harmonization of controlling-relevant IT systems.
- Ensure compliance with controlling guidelines and standards.
Your profile
- You have a Master Degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics or Business Administration.
- You have minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Good communication, analytical and conceptual skills.
- Ability to act as a self standing professional, stress tolerance, conflict management ability in a dynamic and complex environment.
- Lateral thinking with a pro-active can-do attitude.
- Team player.
- Fluent in English.
