In Chemicals & Materials, OMV through its subsidiary Borealis, is one of the world's leading providers of advanced and circular polyolefin solutions and a European market leader in base chemicals and plastics recycling. Together with its two major joint ventures - Borouge (with ADNOC, in the UAE and Singapore) and Baystar™ (with TotalEnergies, in the USA) - Borealis supplies products and services to customers across the globe. OMV's Fuels & Feedstock business produces and markets fuels as well as feedstock for the chemical industry, operates three refineries in Europe, and holds a 15% stake in a refining joint venture in the UAE. OMV operates around 1,700 filling stations in eight European countries. In the Energy segment, OMV explores and produces oil and gas in the four core regions of Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, North Sea, and Asia-Pacific. Average daily production in 2022 amounted to 392 kboe/d. Its activities also include the Low Carbon Business as well as the entire gas business.

Our business

Your tasks

• Acting as a key knowledge holder for state-of-the-art digital payment solutions and its application for the Retail Mobility & Convenience business.
• Supporting the analysis of business requirements for payment applications and managing their implementation with external vendors.
• Assessing, defining, and supporting implementation of operating models, standards and KPIs for payment applications.
• Steering and managing internal as well as external stakeholders to ensure operations according to established standards and procedures. 
• Contributing to projects and programs as work package lead or as defined in the work package structures. 
• Providing and supporting implementation of improvement ideas throughout all relevant upcoming projects. 
• Driving the search, ordering and delivery of software & hardware solutions with focus on digital payment solutions. 

Your profile

• Master's Degree in  Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology or Consulting. 
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of billing systems, Digital Payment Solutions and/or fleet card management systems.
• Expertise in IT system operations and solid understanding of IT solution architecture, mobile apps and interfaces.
• Experience in Digital Fuel and/or Bankcard payment systems technology and related business know-how.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English.
