Your tasks
- Act as Expert for our CRM platform (Salesforce); understand business processes and interpret them into features, which bring value to both OMV and our customers.
- Identify connections and interdependencies in our Marketing and Sales Business Processes, so that you can derive lean technical requirements from them.
- Reviewing business requirements and translate them into concrete user stories.
- Contribute to architecture design and 3rd party application integration activities
- Support business case definition for new digital features and functionalities.
- Identify options for solving business challenges and support the implementation of digital business solutions.
Your profile
- Master's degree in IT or technical/economical field and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally with CRM Platforms
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform, APIs and 3rd party application integration (e.g. MS Azure)
- Technical understanding of SaaS solutions combined with an enthusiasm for optimizing business processes, ideally in marketing and sales
- Buzzwords like agile delivery, user stories, value stream and DevOps applications (e.g. Azure DevOps) are well known to you
- Open-minded, ready to learn attitude with strong communication skills and a passion for technology
- Excellent English language skills
