Your tasks

 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across all job levels, ensuring timely hiring and achievement of time-to-hire targets.
  • Advise hiring managers on job requirements, sourcing strategies, recruitment best practices, and labor market trends.
  • Conduct candidate screening and assessment, including resume reviews, interviews, and evaluation processes to identify suitable candidates.
  • Prepare and facilitate interview and assessment days for fresh graduate recruitment programs.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and issue employment offers in line with company policies, while coordinating approvals with relevant stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with People and Culture Business Partners and hiring managers, ensuring effective communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, documentation, and reporting to support business decisions and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to ethical recruitment standards, diversity hiring practices, labor laws, and company policies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency, quality, and candidate experience.
  • Promote the company as an employer of choice through participation in job fairs and employer branding activities, while ensuring a positive candidate journey.

Your profile

 

  • Master's degree / Diploma degree in HR Management, Business & Economics, Business Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR field.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding activities.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, understand recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire), and work effectively under deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a customer-oriented mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and HR partners.
  • Excellent German and English language skills is a must; offer management and negotiation experience is considered an advantage.

The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective agreement amounts to EUR 77.700,--. Depending on skills and specific experience, over-payment is possible.
