You will get an insight in

 

  • Gain knowledge in regard to competency development and training frameworks
  • Develop research and analysis skills on training trends, especially in e-learning
  • Enhance the training portfolio for the Reliability Technology and Projects department (Fuels and Feedstock Division)
  • Support evaluation and set up of database for competence evaluation
  • Support the organization and administration of training courses and related activities
  • Support communication activities (e.g., development of PowerPoint presentations)

What we are looking for

 

  • You are a currently enrolled student in a technical, HR or education study program.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point; proficiency in other software is an advantage.
  • Experience with a Learning Management System is a plus.
  • You have great teamwork and communication skills.
