You will get an insight in

 

  • Monthly IT Scorecard preparation.
  • Monthly KPI updates including data collection from Group IT teams and quality checks in PowerPoint.
  • Implement KPIs in PowerBI (optional, if needed).
  • Prepare documentation of all KPIs incl. regular updates (datasource, calculation method, responsibilities).
  • MTP process.
  • Support in data collection from various teams within Group IT.
  • Data preparation and checks in Excel.
  • Support in preparation of presentations for alignment meetings, data updates.
  • Preparation of bi-weekly core team meetings.

What we are looking for

 

  • You are currently an enrolled student.
  • You have a basic understanding of financials.
  • You have good Excel and PowerPoint skills (PowerBI skills are a plus).
  • You have a basic understanding of IT organization.
  • You are fluent in English.
