Your tasks

 

  • The daily operations of Corporate Procurement and related processes, for OMV, Petrom and Borealis.
  • Procurement administration like purchase order preparation, invoice checking and challenge demand. 
  • Specific benchmark topics, e.g. vendor research and evaluation, market research.
  • Procurement specific calculations, data analysis and preparation of information.
  • Expense tracking and reporting, cost analysis, risk management. 
  • Maintenance of data in various Procurement tools (esp. SAP / SAP ARIBA). 
  • Accompany and support national and international tenders.
     

Your profile

 

  • Corporate Procurement administration excites you and you want to learn more.
  • You possess a strong analytical mindset and a penchant for working with data and numbers.
  • Microsoft Office, in particular Excel & PowerPoint, is walk in the park for you.
  • You are highly collaborative and team-oriented.
  • You are currently enrolled student with relevant subject-specific studies.
  • You hold a valid work permit for Austria.
  • You are fluent in German and in English.
