Your tasks
- Creating the field - personnel strategy.
- National and international personnel projects.
- Preparation of reports and preparations relating to relevant People & Culture topics.
- Development of new People & Culture concepts.
- Assisting with the process of People & Culture administration.
- Daily business operations according to the focus of the respective People & Culture department (Recruiting, Compensation & Benefits, Operational HR Management, Talent Management etc.).
Your profile
- People & Culture excites you and you want to learn more.
- You are analytical and creative individual.
- Microsoft Office is a walk in the park for you.
- You are highly collaborative and team-oriented.
- You are currently enrolled student.
- You hold a valid work permit for Austria.
- You are fluent in English (German is a plus).
