Your tasks
- Support coordination, monitoring and control of the supply of all terminals in AT and DE including airports.
- Assist in providing overview about contractual fulfillment of supply contracts within OMV entities and external partners.
- Support implementation of product supply strategy in AT/DE in context of overall Downstream Oil strategy.
- Ensure proper documentation of supply deals & documentation.
- Support and develop performance monitoring (e.g. KPI definitions, onboarding new suppliers).
- Maintains relevant data and systems and performs as key user for SAP and support other users.
- Responsible for invoice verification and booking.
- Performs internal and external reporting.
Your profile
- University Degree/Bachelor in business administration or supply chain management and min. of 3-5 years relevant working experience.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Excellent facilitation- and collaboration skills as well as analytical ability to work with complex processes, define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to build a process improvement culture with strong project management skills and highly organized and efficient, with ability to multi-task and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in German and English.
