Your tasks

 

  • Execute end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, induction, contract changes, employment verifications, and offboarding ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution of workforce processes.
  • Generate and manage employment documentation, including contracts, amendments, and employee correspondence in compliance with company policies and Austrian labor law.
  • Maintain accurate electronic personnel files and employee records, ensuring data integrity, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.
  • Resolve employee relations and administrative cases, escalating complex or non-standard matters to senior stakeholders or legal experts when required.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding Human Resources policies, processes, procedures, and system usage.
  • Ensure compliance with Austrian labor legislation, company policies, and data protection requirements.
  • Identify, monitor, and escalate operational and compliance risks within employee administration processes, supporting corrective actions and controls.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing, process improvement, and continuous enhancement of workforce service capabilities.
  • Deliver training and stakeholder support on employee relations processes, tools, and systems to enable efficient service delivery.

Your profile

 

  • Master's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Law, IT, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in employee relations, workforce administration, Human Resources operations, payroll, or related people services functions.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, Human Resources policies, records management, Austrian labor law, and regulatory compliance; Labor Law or Payroll certification is a benefit.
  • Experience working with Human Resources/ People & Culture systems and processes, including employee lifecycle administration, documentation management, and digital personnel records.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent German and English language skills and strong MS Office proficiency, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, with solid data management capabilities is a must.

The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective agreement amounts to EUR 66.304,--. Depending on skills and specific experience, over-payment is possible.
