Your tasks

 

  • You actively engage with OMV Energy’s senior leadership to define business transformation concepts, analyze market developments, and develop business cases.
  • You monitor the implementation of Energy’s strategic priorities as defined by the Executive Board. 
  • For this role, you will lead complex business transformation projects across multiple Value Centers with a business impact of over €150 million.
  • You provide advice for creating high-quality presentations and reports for internal and external reporting obligations.
  • You provide ad-hoc reports and analyses to support performance insights and root cause analysis.
  • You are responsible for drafting scenarios and inputs for the Energy´s business Executive Board decisions in a simple and efficient manner.
  • You support the development of organizational and process improvement measures to reduce complexity and increase efficiency.
  • You steer and lead project teams to prepare tollgate materials, ensuring focus on strategic relevance.
  • You collaborate closely with OMV stakeholders, the Energy leadership community, and corporate functions to improve content quality and collaboration.

Your profile

 

  • You have a master's degree in Business Administration, Consultancy, Project Management or a similar subject.
  • You have a minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience with ideally at least 10 years as a strategic management consultant at the senior management or board level from a tier 1 consultancy.
  • You demonstrate outstanding communication, moderation, and presentation skills (including the capability to report to senior management).
  • You have a comprehensive understanding of the Energy Division businesses and the challenges of business transformation in large oil and gas organizations.
  • You excel in complex project management, including agile methods, and have the ability to manage diverse project teams, identify risks, and propose mitigation actions proactively.
  • You are fluent in English and German.
