Your tasks

  • Fully responsible for all completion-related activities during planning and execution, including TSA preparation, coordination with stakeholders, ordering of equipment and services.
  • Accountable for well completion standardization for onshore and offshore wells, ensuring engineering best practices.
  • Develop completion design options based on well objectives and recommendations from various teams.
  • Provide technical guidance and support in developing global completion standards.
  • Manage tendering processes and acts as Contract holder for well completion, providing technical input for tenders.
  • Evaluate feasibility and risks of well completion objectives, preparing completion programs accordingly.
  • Generate cost estimates and develops equipment and material requirements lists.
  • Ensure all well activities comply with company, HSE standards, industry best practices, and statutory requirements.

Your profile

  • University Degree Master in Petroleum Engineering with a minimum of 9 years relevant experience in Completion and Well Engineering.
  • Proven results in completion engineering activities, both onshore and offshore. 
  • Very good practical knowledge of Petroleum Engineering,  well completion intervention services (CT,SL, WL), well design and well test principles. 
  • Experience with tenders for well completion tools and/or intervention services (CT, SL, WL).
  • Knowledge of WellCat software and tubing stress analysis.
  • Fluent in English, German of advantage. 
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
