Your tasks

• Provide legal advice in the fields of corporate and company law, financing transactions, and capital markets matters.
• Prepare, participate in and document shareholder and board meetings, including in particular the annual general meeting of OMV Aktiengesellschaft.
• Manage corporate governance compliance of OMV Group, evaluate performance, and monitor developments.
• Steer legal aspects of OMV’s subsidiaries, joint-venture participations, internal transactions, and corporate reorganizations.
• Draft, negotiate and revise agreements of all kinds (including shareholders agreements), parent company guarantees, internal regulations, by-laws, and other legal documents.
   

Your profile

• Master's degree in Law.
• At least 9 years of relevant professional experience as in-house lawyer or attorney at law (bar exam is a plus).
• Profound expertise in corporate & company law, especially the Austrian AktG and GmbHG, is a must. Experience in corporate finance transactions, capital markets and stock exchange law and/or commercial law is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation and presentation skills; team player with the ability to work effectively across different disciplines.
• Willingness to travel (up tp 10%).
• Fluency in English and German.
