Your tasks

 

  • Supports the development, execution, and continuous improvement of the internal communications strategy in alignment with the Corporate Communications strategy and business objectives.
  • Takes an active role in the internal newsroom by collaborating with colleagues to identify, create, and curate relevant news and stories for OMV employees. Ensures timely, engaging, and impactful communication of key topics across all internal channels.
  • Acts as Intranet Manager for the new OMV intranet, being responsible for the news concept, and the continuous improvement of the user journey and employee engagement.
  • Plays a leading role in implementing innovative solutions for all people-related topics like Employer Branding, Diversity, Change Communications, OMV Values and attractive workplace to foster employee engagement.
  • Develops and implements an integrated channel concept (including target setting, budget- and time-planning, agency steering, stakeholder mapping, process monitoring and reporting) for addressing specific employee target groups and foster target-oriented communication approach.
  • Monitors new trends in communications and measures and analyzes the effectiveness of internal communication campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensures a consistent and integrated communication approach across all channels by representing the interests of the People Engagement and Transformation Team and communicating the defined standards to relevant stakeholders.

 

Your profile

 

  • University degree/Master diploma in communications management and relevant professional experience >9 years.
    Extensive experience in the field of Internal Communication with a strong ability to think strategically, implement creative concepts and methods within the corporate framework.
  • Superior writing and storytelling skills in English (Native English and German skills are an advantage) and experience with digital communication, AI tools and platforms (SharePoint knowledge is an advantage).
  • Solid knowledge of media types and purposes and integrated communication methods.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; Attention to detail, and reliability.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Creative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.

The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective agreement amounts to EUR 90.880,-- all-in. Depending on skills and specific experience, over-payment is possible.
