Your tasks

 

  • Execute risk-based inspection (RBI) including Integrity Operating Window (IOW) programs for capital investment projects and for plants at refinery sites working closely with project teams, on-site staff, and subject matter experts.
  • Plan activities in cooperation with Project Execution Department, and communicate results in time to facilitate budget planning and investment decisions.
  • Support revision of RBI/IOW guidelines and ensure common philosophy within working area.
  • Manage RBI tools and software and support improvements.
  • Build and maintain a strong network across refineries, collaborating with Project Management for cohesive RBI execution.
  • Provide technical advice and support inspection and integrity department during turnarounds and maintenance activities.
  • Organize and coordinate work packages during project execution, including assembly integration checks, pressure equipment condition assessments and s safety concepts.
  • Prioritize health, safety, security, and environmental protection in the workplace, participate in HSSE trainings, and promote integration into company culture.

Your profile

 

  • Master Degree in Chemistry Process, Material, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant professional work experience in the refinery business.
  • Experienced in leading projects and RBIs.
  • Detailed know-how of the American standards APIs 571, 579, 580, 581, 584 and inspection technologies.
  • Know-how of process technologies relevant for refineries.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English language, German and Romanian are of advantage.
  • Networking and strategic thinking.
  • Must be available for business traveling.
