Your tasks

  • Develop & maintain the Structural Integrity Management Framework and related procedures in line with regulations, standards and best practices.
  • Lead the Structural Integrity Management Framework implementation across branches and provide guidance. 
  • Conduct independent assessments on the implementation and upkeeping of the Framework and follow up on findings. 
  • Assist in planning and scheduling structural maintenance and inspections.
  • Support decommissioning projects from the concept to the execution phase. 
  • Review and provide feedback on structural engineering projects. 
  • Examine at-risk structures and recommend improvements, repair or removal.
  • Develop, review and enhance performance standards for structural equipment. 
  • Develop and recommend needed inspections for onshore and offshore structures, evaluate contractor report and propose solutions.
  • Advise on life extension of structures following the regulatory frameworks.

Your profile

  • Master's degree in civil/mechanical engineering with at least 9 years of professional experience.
  • Experience in construction and maintenance structural steel works, equipment foundation and buildings.
  • Expertise in Structural Analysis with special focus on remaining lifetime evaluation and assessment. 
  • Knowledge of maintaining structural steel work in challenging onshore and offshore environments. 
  • Experience in decommissioning of civil and structural steel works.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing structural management systems.
