Your tasks
- Efficient management of general administrative functions including managing calendars, emails in both German and English language.
- Coordinate and organize business travels and manage travel expenses.
- Organize meetings and events and prepare agendas in advance.
- Coordinate the completion of special business and cooperation projects with industry partners as needed.
- Take initiative on requests and inquiries of administrative nature.
- Place purchasing orders (BANF) in alignment with procurement rules and ensure documentation, management, and payment of invoices.
- Develop and implement required business administration processes in parallel with project execution.
Your profile
- You have a bachelor’s degree or a minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience.
- Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work under time constraints.
- Good interpersonal skills and pro-active mindset.
- High flexibility and ability to adapt to change.
