Your tasks

 

  • Develop, operate, and maintain portfolio management databases and tools (e.g. SQL, Weissr) to track KPIs, trends, and portfolio performance.
  • Analyse portfolio data using tools such as SQL and Excel to create dashboards and management reports enabling data-driven investment decisions.
  • Adapt, modify, and further develop the Weissr portfolio management tool based on business requirements.
  • Design and implement automated processes (e.g. meeting organisation, workflows) using Microsoft Flow and Power Apps to improve efficiency.
  • Maintain and continuously enhance the Portfolio Management SharePoint environment.
  • Support portfolio planning, analysis, and reporting using PMO standards, tools, and processes to ensure transparency and optimal investment decisions.
  • Analyse and interpret project and portfolio benchmarks to evaluate profitability, budget performance, return rates, and overall business impact (e.g. EBIT).
  • Participate in portfolio quality assurance activities to ensure high project quality across the CAPEX portfolio.
  • Continuously track and evaluate portfolio KPIs (cost, schedule, performance deviations) and benchmark “stay-in-business” investments against peers together with external benchmark institutes.

Your profile

 

  • Master’s degree or Diploma in Business Informatics, Digital Economy, or a comparable field combined with first professional experience like an internship or one year practical experience..
  • Strong IT and digital skills, particularly in data handling, databases, automation tools, and portfolio management systems, combined with solid economic and financial understanding.
  • Proven analytical abilities for interpreting financial, portfolio, and project performance data and translating insights into management-relevant information.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across functions and support alignment with senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Fluency in both English and German.

The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective agreement amounts to EUR 66.304,--. Depending on skills and specific experience, over-payment is possible.
