Your tasks

• Coordinate all PFAS-related activities for Refinery Logistics and Depot Management and act as the primary contact for affected stakeholders.
• Provide regular status updates to the PFAS team and participate in coordination meetings.
• Conduct surveys and assessments of private wells in affected regions.
• Present analytical results to private well owners and explain findings on-site.
• Review and validate claims raised by affected households.
• Coordinate and organize mitigation and support measures for affected households.
• Serve as the key contact for households, municipalities, public institutions, and the "Ombudsstelle".
• Manage municipal drinking water connection clarifications and stakeholder communication.
• Process surveys and related administrative activities, including inspections, invoice preparation, vendor creation in SAP, and response management.
• Coordinate environmental sampling activities and support additional PFAS-related initiatives in affected areas.

Your profile

• Master's degree or equivalent diploma in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Technical Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience in technical, environmental, infrastructure, or stakeholder-facing roles.
• Strong combination of technical and legal knowledge.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with a confident professional presence; fluent German language skills and very good English skills required.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, conflict resolution, and de-escalation skills.
• Independent, proactive, and structured working style combined with resilience, empathy, and the ability to balance diverse stakeholder interests.

The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective agreement amounts to EUR 96.614,-- all-in. Depending on skills and specific experience, over-payment is possible.
